Our foundation is attributed to the growth of the law firm of Chiuri Ngugi & Associates, Advocates, established on 12th June, 2007.
Our firm draws on our founder’s extensive experience in academia, private practice, and public interest law. Committed to delivering competent and result-oriented solutions, we adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct. CHIURI NGUGI - MANAGING PARTNER
Chiuri is the founding and managing partner of Chiuri Kirui & Rugo Advocates, and the proprietor since 2011. He is the head of the firm’s Conflict Resolution and Civil Litigation Department which comprises two (2) main practice areas: Conflict Resolution, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice and Civil Litigation practice.
Chiuri is passionate about environmental protection for economic and
social sustainability. From 2019 to date, he has partnered with the Kenya Forest Service, Geta Community Forest Association and the Moset Community in forest and water conservation. CKR has funded this initiative for tree planting, fencing and maintenance of the Moset-Kiria Valley Water Catchment in Nyandarua County.
He was admitted to the Roll of Advocates of the High Court of Kenya in 1989. He has a Master of Laws Degree from Columbia University (USA), a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi, and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
